Holy Cross Football Team Hands Cinnaminson Season's First Defeat

The Pirates fell, 62-29, according to nj.com.

The teams traded touchdowns early, but the Holy Cross High School football team proved to be too much in handing Cinnaminson its first defeat Friday night, according to a box score posted on nj.com.

Despite four rushing touchdowns, including a 90-yard run by Nick Thevanayagam, Holy Cross defeated Cinnaminson, 62-29.

Thevanayagam added a 64-yard touchdown run and a score from 1 yard out.

Aaron Elly added a score on a 10-yard run in the fourth.

Cinnaminson fell to 4-1 this season. Holy Cross stayed undefeated at 5-0.
