McClean was a former resident at the Curry Court home and had recently been evicted.

There were two other people inside when the shots rang out, but no other injuries were reported.

According to officials, McClean went to a second home in Southampton Township minutes earlier at around 4 p.m.

Police responded to a report of shots fired in the 200 block of New Road and were told that he was there to talk to an acquaintance and shot a gun multiple times.

The "intended victim" was not hit, authorities said.

Motives for either attack are still unclear.
