Man Threatened to Kill Cinnaminson Police Officers, Burn Down Town Hall: Police

The threats were made on social media.

Cinnaminson, NJ -- A Riverside man allegedly threatened to kill Cinnaminson Police officers and to burn down the township’s municipal building while employees were locked inside, police said Tuesday afternoon.

A concerned citizen reported these threats, which were posted on social media, to Cinnaminson Police on Tuesday, March 15.

David S. Miller, 28, was identified as the suspect, and ultimately surrendered to police on March 17, police said.

He was charged with terroristic threats and lodged in Burlington County Jail in default of $20,000 bail.
