• New Jersey CDL school lawsuit questions evidence behind FMCSA shutdown (freightwaves.com) — A Cinnaminson-based truck driving school has sued federal regulators after being abruptly removed from the national CDL training registry, a move that halted its ability to train new drivers. The school argues the FMCSA misused later roadside English-proficiency violations and mixed up records from multiple providers, while the case could determine if and when Start CDL can resume operations in town.
