Sex Assault Case Against Delran Couple to Proceed
Some of the charges against Joseph Carter and his wife Jennifer were dismissed.

A Delran couple was successful in having some of the charges against them dropped, but a Superior Court judge ruled they won’t be tried separately and that the sexual abuse case in which they are charged with the assault of three teenagers will not be dismissed, the Burlington County Times reports.
Joseph Carter, 44, and his wife Jennifer, 40, had been charged with more than 50 first- and second-degree crimes relating to the sexual assault of three teenagers.
