
Dinner last night? Oriental salmon
4 fresh salmon fillets
1/2 cup tamari
4 tsp fresh grated ginger
2 tsp sesame oil
couple of chopped cloves of garlic
Place fillets in a zip lock bag.Mix all ingred. and pour over salmon, seal all air out and place in refridg. till ready to use. Preheat broiler and place fillets about 4-5 inches from heat.Broil about 12 min or until you feel its done. Serve with asparagus and some jasmine rice;)
