Mother Seton Community Donates Thanksgiving Baskets
Students and faculty of Mother Seton donated over 40 Thanksgiving baskets to those in need.

If you are in the halls of Mother Seton during the holiday season, you will see how our community continues to reach out to those in need.
For Thanksgiving this year, students collected food items to be donated to families in need in our own community, plus baskets are sent to the St. John’s Food Pantry in Clark and St. Joseph’s Social Services in Elizabeth. Many classes provided up to three full Thanksgiving food baskets. Baskets included donated turkeys, vegetables, fruits, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, cereal, rice, beans and more. This service project is under the direction of Sister Jacquelyn Balasia, Co-Principal and Student Council Moderator at Mother Seton Regional High School.
Joan Barron, Co-Principal, stated, “Community service comes from the heart at Mother Seton. We have no required service hours. This season over 40 Thanksgiving baskets will be distributed to those in need.”
