PHOTO: Hehnly Second Graders Celebrate Their Moms

Second graders in Jennifer Lewis’ class at celebrated their mothers with a special tea party.

The moms were invited to class for a poetry reading, where a poem each child created was read aloud in front of all the parents and the entire class. 

Each child expressed how special their moms were to them. Pictured are the students with their framed poems given to the moms as gifts.
