Johnson students are getting tough.
Physical Education classes have started a new fitness activity where members of the Army will conduct the Army Guide to Physical Training. The classes will take place once a month.
These sessions will engage students in different activities and team building. Some of the activities would include various circuit training and play sports. Circuit training activities include but are not limited to: side-straddle Hops, push-ups, flutter Kicks, mountain climbers, V-Ups and rowers.

These sessions also serve to assist the students in learning key values such as respect, integrity and duty.
