It's official: Summer is over.

Clark was abuzz this morning as students returned to school at Arthur L. Johnson High School, Carl H. Kumpf Middle School and Valley Road and Hehnly elementary schools.

The mood was positive despite the rainy weather. Parents and students huddled under umbrellas, hugging once more before the kids made their way inside to beat the first bell.
