ELIZABETH, NJ — Trinitas Regional Medical Center's staff were saluted by the Elizabeth Police Department and PBA Local #4 for their work during the coronavirus pandemic.
The police visited the main campus with their color guard and a parade of dozens of police vehicles. Refreshments were also donated to the Trinitas staff.
"We are very appreciative, and it is especially meaningful when front line workers like the Elizabeth Police Department take time to salute us. It was a definite morale booster for everyone," according to Trinitas CEO Gary S. Horan.
