What's for dinner tonight? BBQ Pulled pork

For BBQ Sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
6 cups ketchup
2 cups orange juice
1 cup molasses
1 cup Coca-Cola
½ cup sam adams octoberfest beer
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons liquid smoke
2 teaspoons garlic powder
3 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 teaspoons onion powder
fresh cracked pepper

For Pulled Pork:
1 Pork Shoulder Bone partially in about 8 lbs

To make BBQ Sauce:

Heat a pot over medium-high heat and add ALL the ingredients for the BBQ sauce. Remove the pan from the heat. Whisk to combine.

For the Pulled Pork:
In a slow cooker, add the BBQ sauce. Set the crock-pot onto low. Add Pork. Fat side up so as it cooks it will flavor the pork. Press down so that the pork is completely covered in the sauce. Add more sauce if needed to cover the pork. Any remainder of sauce can be used after you pull the pork or serve on the side for others to use.
Cover and cook on low for 10 hours. *test the pork by using a fork to shred some of the pork, if it shreds easily, it's ready* Once the pork is done, remove it from the crock-pot and shred with a fork.
Makes 5-6 cups of BBQ (depends on the size of the pork shoulder)
