Cranford Crash Injures 1, Damages Traffic Light
The Cranford police notified motorists to expect delays in the area until the light is fixed by the state.
CRANFORD, NJ — The Cranford police said Friday around 2:15 p.m. that a motor vehicle crash had caused a traffic signal to malfunction at the intersection of North Avenue West and Orchard Street.
A police spokesman said that there was a minor injury to a person in the crash, but the person refused medical attention after being evaluated by EMS. There were no other injuries.
The light is damaged and the New Jersey Department of Transportation was en route to fix it, the town said.
