Les Marmitons of Cranford Announce Chef and menu for March Dinner Event March 8, 2010.
Cranford – Les Marmitons of Cranford are pleased to welcome Chef Robert Ubhaus Chef/Owner of Resto and Rob's Bistro in Madison. Chef Robert will guide Members and guests through the preparation and enjoyment of a 5 course meal paired with wines. The menu includes: Fennel Scented Vichyssoise; Seared "La Belle Farms" Foie Gras; Tartiflette – Yukon Gold Potatoes, Lardons, Carmelized Onions & Les Freres Cheese; Choucroute Garnie – Sauerkraut with Pork Loin, Bacon & Pork Sausages; White & Dark Chocolate Mousse Coupe with fresh Raspberries.
The Les Marmitons of Cranford cooking event will be held at The Kenilworth VFW on 21st Street in Kenilworth, 5:30 pm, on March 8, 2010. The event is open to Members and guests.
