REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for the Chinese Brush Painting artist workshop at Arts Guild New Jersey. This workshop introduces students to the traditional Chinese style of painting with brush and ink, where the beauty of nature is both contemplated and celebrated. This ancient art form combines philosophy with a mastery of technical freehand painting skills. Symbolism is also a very important element. The processes of ink preparation, color mixing, loading the brush, brushwork techniques, and motifs and formats will be covered.
