
Hanson Park Conservatory and Cranford Parks and Recreation Department is hosting their Second Annual Pedal Paddle Fun. This event will take place on Sunday, October 23, 2011.
Join us for a day of fun activities for the entire family! Ride your bikes through town on a beautiful fall day, join us for fun at the Kids’ Fun Time, test your skills on our Obstacle Course and race your neighbors in our Canoe Races. End the day cheering for your duck at the Rubber Ducky races.
Family Bike Ride – ride through town and see all the fall foliage. The ride will leave Mayor’s Park, Corner of Springfield Avenue and North Union Avenue and go to Nomahegan Park and then to Mohawk Park. You’ll be able to ride for the whole course, or stop in town back at Mayor’s Park.
Kid’s Fun Time – stay in town and have fun with the special entertainment for children. We’ll have special activities for young children in Mayor’s Park. Corner of Springfield Avenue and North Union Avenue.
Stroll Downtown Cranford - Take the Scarecrow Stroll and get in the Halloween spirit with the Scarecrow Stroll through downtown. Check out the creations by your neighbors!
Visit local shops – check out the shops in downtown Cranford and enter our drawing for a special prize!

Brother John Brown will be playing all afternoon at Hanson Park, Springfield Avenue, across from the Canoe Club.
Duck Race at Sperry Park, intersection of North Union Avenue and Riverside Drive – end the day with a fun duck race on the river.
