• New football classifications are released by the NJSIAA this week (unionnewsdaily.com) — Cranford High School's football team will compete alone among Union County schools in North, Group 3 for the 2026 and 2027 seasons, changing who they'll face in the playoffs. The NJSIAA has finalized new classifications for all Union County programs, with several neighboring schools moving groups and the season set to kick off August 27.
