Press Release: Local Attorney Named Trustee of Bar Association's Administrative Law Section

Cranford attorney Frank Capece practices before the Office of Administrative Law.

Frank Capece, an attorney and Cranford resident has been selected as a trustee of the State Bar Association's newly-constituted Administrative Law Section.

Capece, a partner in the firm of Garrubbo & Capece in Union, practices significantly before the Office of Administrative Law. He has conducted seminars for Rutgers University of Alcoholic Beverage Law and practice before the OAL, as well as election law matters for the State Municipal Clerks Association.

As Counsel to the Secretary of State under the administrations of then-Govs. Brendan Byrne and Thomas Kean, he worked closely in the establishment of the then newly formed Office of Administrative Law.

More recently, he was invited and provided testimony before a special committee chaired by Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno and later before a State Senate Legislative Committee considering major changes in granting final decision authority to the Office of Administrative Law.
