WESTFIELD AREA Y HOSTS HEALTHY EATING/AGING LUNCH AND LEARN

The Westfield Area Y will host a free lecture on Wednesday, February 11th from 12:30 pm-1:30 pm at the Main Y Facility, 220 Clark Street. The topic “Healthy Eating/Healthy Aging,” will be led by Registered Dietitian Lindsey Roth of ShopRite of Garwood, who will discuss special nutrient needs for older adults and how to adapt nutritional goals to support physical and mental health as we age.

As the in-store registered dietician at ShopRite in Garwood, Lindsey helps promote and encourage healthy living through a balanced diet and proper nutrition.
