Westfield Area YMCA Is Here To Help You Make And Keep Your New Year’s Resolutions

WESTFIELD AREA YMCA IS HERE TO HELP YOU MAKE AND KEEP YOUR NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS

It’s that time of year again when millions of Americans are thinking of making New Year’s Resolutions. The question is…will they keep them? Studies reveal that only 10% of Americans keep their resolutions for an entire year. You can change that statistic!

You can become more active. The hardest thing to do is to get started. Once started, make sure you don’t do too much too soon. Progress should be at a constant but comfortable pace.

To help you start your 2017 healthy living resolution, the Westfield Area YMCA is waiving the Joiner’s Fee from December 22nd – January 7th and will be open on New Year’s Day from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. The first 500 members and guests will receive a gift. It is a free guest day so bring a friend. A free TRX class will be offered at Noon (limited to 12 participants) and for those who are interested in personal training, receive 25% off any personal training session package of five or more sessions (limit one per person).
