Wheel House is Central Jersey’s hottest indoor cycling experience. They have combined 35 brand new top of the line Spinner Blade cycles, a state of the art pumping sound system, and the best motivating instructors in the area. Wheel House creates a fun and high-energy workout. They draw on elements of both road riding and choreographed classes to ensure a challenging beat-driven work out. Wheel House rides involve interval-training, heavy climbs, jumps, and weights for a full body work out.
These 45 minute classes allow participants to burn between 400-800 calories, improve fitness, posture, and enhance mental acuity. Indoor cycling has revolutionized the exercise world.
