East Brunswick Public Library Hosts Wedding Photo Shoot
Libraries are more than just a place to check out books; they also make great settings for wedding photos.

Every day, people visit public libraries for many different reasons, whether it be to check out a book, attend a program or use the meeting room.
Two library users did something completely different at East Brunswick Public Library (2 Jean Walling Civic Center, East Brunswick) on, August 8. They used the library as a backdrop for their wedding photos.
Newlyweds Mandy Szeto (of East Brunswick, NJ) and Edward Chalker (of Mendham, NJ) chose the library for more than just their shared love of reading. Mandy grew up in East Brunswick and was a regular at the library, participating in several programs offered at the library. She was even a coordinator for the library's Teen Library Connection volunteer program.

"We're excited to know that someone chose to commemorate such a joyous occasion at our library," said Jennifer Podolsky, East Brunswick Public Library Director.
This wasn't the first time the library served as a romantic setting. In 2016, the library was the setting of an elaborate wedding proposal.
