Does your Grandma make the best cookies ever? Does your Grandpa help you with your homework? If your Grandma or Grandpa is the best grandparent ever, we want to know about it!!!
RIGHT AT HOME OF CENTRAL NEW JERSEY wants you to tell us all about your grandparent and why HE OR SHE should be the Right At Home Grandparent of the Year.

Any elementary school student can write an essay of 100 words or less telling us why your grandparent is the best grandparent ever. Please include your name, your grade, your school and your grandparent’s name. There will be 2 categories: Kindergarten to 4th grade and 5th grade to 8th grade. The Grandparent of the Year in each category will win a gift certificate to dinner at a local restaurant and the grandchild will get an official certificate showing that their Grandma or Grandpa is the RIGHT AT HOME Grandparent of the Year. Winners will be announced in early September JUST in time for Grandparent’s Day on September 7 and honored at a ceremony at their grandchild’s school.
