Get Pumped About Heart Health At The East Brunswick Public Library

East Brunswick Public Library (2 Civic Center Drive) hosts a special health program on Saturday, February 25 at 10:00 am, featuring the HEAL Team. This group of Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School Students are leading a workshop on blood pressure.

This presentation focuses on lifestyle factors contributing to increased blood pressure, properly taking your blood pressure and other related topics. The program can be attended at the library, and it can be streamed on Zoom www.tinyurl.com/ebpl2252023.

Following the presentation, the students will provide additional information on nutrition and hypertension at a community outreach table in front of the library.

This program is free and open to the public. Registration is not required.
