"Grand Horizons" to Open at East Brunswick's Playhouse 22

"Grand Horizons" is about Bill and Nancy. They have spent fifty full years as husband and wife -- practically breathing in unison, and anticipating each other's every sigh, snore, and sneeze. But just as they settle comfortably into their new home in Grand Horizons, the unthinkable happens: Nancy suddenly wants out. Funny, shocking, and painfully honest, Bess Wohl's new play explores a family turned upside-down and takes an intimate look at the wild, unpredictable, and enduring nature of love.

Due to some adult content, the play is for mature audiences only.

The cast includes Elena Marie Abdou as “Nancy", Michael Gilbert as “Bill", Bryan Siegel as “Ben", Rudy Palma as “Brian", Maria Angela as “Jess", Joyce Porter as “Carla", and Tyron Howard as “Tommy".

Bill C. Fikaris directs Playhouse 22’s production.

The show will run September 13 - 29, with performances on Friday and Saturday evenings at 8 p.m. and Sunday matinees at 2 p.m. A talk-back session with the cast and crew will be held after the Sunday, September 15 performance.
