Information for Seniors

The Raritan Valley YMCA (www.raritanvalleyymca.org) has teamed up with the Middlesex County Office of Aging & Disabled Services at 732-745-3295 to increase public awareness of services and opportunities for county seniors, the disabled, and their care givers.

Seniors are also welcome to come by the Y to pick up a food box and get on the produce list. Those over 65 may also check their supplemental plan to see if it provides free access to the Y (Silver Seniors or Silver & Fit).
