JB Cocoa Expansion Plan Gets East Brunswick Zoning Board Nod

The company is planning a new manufacturing facility at 9 Cotters Lane.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — The East Brunswick Zoning Board recently approved JB Cocoa's expansion plans in the township. On Oct. 21, the Board adopted the resolution approving the company's plan to construct a new facility at 9 Cotters Lane.

The company has applied for preliminary and final site plan approval to demolish the existing structure and build a new three-story building.

This new facility will include 6,032 square feet of office space, a manufacturing space of 15,965 square feet, around 147,228 square feet of space for shipping and warehouse, and 4,504 square feet of storage space.

The facility will be used for the production of cocoa butter and cocoa powder processing.
