Timothy Awojobi Honored for Military Service and Supporting Veterans

EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J. (Nov. 16, 2023) – Coldwell Banker Realty is proud to congratulate Timothy Awojobi, who was recognized by Governor Phil Murphy this Veteran's Day for his dedicated service to the United States Air Force and the State of New Jersey. Awojobi is a real estate agent affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Realty office in East Brunswick.

Awojobi enlisted in the United States Air Force in 2016. He first served as personnel at the 514 Force Support Squadron, then in August 2021 began active duty supporting the Afghan refugee mission. Awojobi has been awarded several major medals and decorations, including the Air Force Commendation Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and National Defense Service Medal. Following his honorable discharge in February 2022, Awojobi founded and serves as CEO of TTA Empire, Inc., a non-profit organization specializing in veteran's outreach, educational scholarships and mental health awareness.

Governor Murphy signed a proclamation honoring Awojobi for his military career and continued support of veterans, writing, "The State of New Jersey is grateful to Mr. Timothy Awojobi for his tireless efforts and commitment to our country."

Awojobi attended Kean University, earning his bachelor's degree in communications and public relations in 2015, and his master's degree in public administration in 2019. He has also worked as a professor, teaching government and politics. As a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty, he provides exceptional sales representation to home buyers and sellers throughout Middlesex County. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Yoruba.
