Warehouse Proposed At Chocolate Manufacturing Site In East Brunswick
EVOX NJ Brunswick 9 is looking to build an approximately 129,726-square-foot warehouse at 9 Cotters Lane.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — EVOX NJ Brunswick 9 is looking to build a new warehouse in East Brunswick at the site of a chocolate manufacturing unit.
The company is seeking preliminary and final site plan approval and height variance approval to build an approximately 129,726-square-foot warehouse at 9 Cotters Lane. This site was owned by JB Cocoa which planned the production of cocoa butter and cocoa powder processing.
The property was sold to EVOX NJ Brunswick 9 for around $18 million.

The developers plan to demolish the existing site to build the new warehouse which will have 6,286 square feet of office space, according to documents submitted to the township.
The warehouse, on an 8-acre land, is expected to have 17 loading docks and 92 parking spaces.
