Tick observation, Lyme disease and Identifying Japanese Knotweed @ Essex County Environmental Center w/ Dan Farella

Saturday, March 23rd - 11am to 1:30pm – $25

This class will give a thorough look from an herbalist perspective of the cause, symptoms and holistic treatment options for Lyme disease.  It will be insightful for anyone who wants to learn and develop a practice of herbalism, anyone who has had or knows someone who has Lyme, or anyone who enjoys learning about Nature.  We will have indoor class time to learn the practices of tick observation and treating Lyme disease, followed by a walk out on the land to identify Japanese Knotweed, a common and invasive, yet beneficial plant.
