Hightstown Is a Busy Place on Friday Nights
Hightstown Farmers Market and recreation-sponsored paddle boats bring the crowds to town.
Downtown Hightstown was a busy place on Friday, with numerous area merchants and farmers setting up shop in Memorial Park to sell their wares. It is part of a weekly Farmers Market that also features live music from 6 to 8 p.m.
At the same time, the Hightstown Parks and Recreation Commission runs paddleboats -- $2 per rider for a 15-minute ride. All proceeds benefit Hightstown parks and recreation programs.
