Restaurant, Bank, Retail & Office Space Proposed In Edison
Two new applications will come before the Zoning Board during Tuesday's meeting.
EDISON, NJ —A new commercial building, restaurant and drive-thru are being proposed in Edison.
During Tuesday’s Zoning Board meeting, two new applications will come before the board. AK Realty One LLC has applied bulk and use variance along with preliminary and final site plan approval to contract a two-story, five-unit commercial building at Oaktree Road.
The 5,468 square foot building will have five units. The first and second floor will be used as a bank, and other uses include retail and office space, food service and a drive-thru window.

The other application by Liyun Properties seeks approval to convert a residential property to restaurant use on Route 27, Edison. The space above the restaurant is expected to be used for storage.
