Personal Training Tip of the Month - Balance Training
Make balance a part of your fitness routine to improve your level of strength and fitness.

Instead of doing exercises sitting down or holding on to something (or otherwise stabilized), it is more effective to do them standing up, on one leg, on an exercise ball or on an airex pad. These types of exercises force you to balance yourself while lifting, which brings your core muscles into play. This will give you a stronger overall body and allows you to lift more weight over time.
