The Chef Art Smith cooking demonstration and book signing will take place in NJ on June 12. All proceeds will go directly to ELEM/Youth in Distress in support of homless and at-risk youth.
The event will provide a unique opportunity to get an up-close look at Chef Smith's world renowned technique and hear about this personal experience with ELEM youth.
Tickers available for purchase at www.elem.org. Wine and hors d'oeuvres will be served. Desert will be prepared by Chef Smith.
