Englewood Man Pleads Not Guilty To Sexually Assaulting Girl, 12: Report
Victor B. Casimiro, 34, could serve 25 years if convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child younger than 13.

An Englewood man pleaded not guilty Monday to charges that he allegedly sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl last year.
Victor B. Casimiro, 34, was arraigned on multiple counts of sexual assault and child endangerment, in Superior Court, NorthJersey.com reported.
Casimiro was charged last December in connection with several alleged incidents involving “inappropriate sexual activity on numerous occasions with an “acquaintance” that allegedly occurred in August, September, and December of last year in Englewood, the website reported.

Casimiro, who is unemployed, was arrested last December. He is accused of engaging in “inappropriate sexual activity on numerous occasions” with a girl who is an “acquaintance,” the website said.
According to the report, if he is convicted of the most serious charge, aggravated sexual assault of a child younger than 13, Casimiro would have to serve at 25 years in state prison before he would become eligible for parole.
