Englewood Massage Therapist Given Ultimatum in Sexual Assault Case
A man accused of over a dozen accounts of sexual assault was told by a judge Monday to accept a plea or face prison.
An Englewood massage therapist has been given an ultimatum to either accept a plea deal or face prison time, according to a Cliffview Pilot report.
Felipe Cruz, 53, is accused of sexually assaulting and committing “unwanted sexual contact” against the female customers at a massage parlor, according to the report.
Cruz, a Colombian national, had been employed by D2 Day Spa Massage Envy, the report states.
