• Power failure prompts hospital divert in Englewood (news12.com) — A power outage at Englewood Hospital is forcing EMS crews with non-critical patients to divert elsewhere, and some elective procedures are being rescheduled. The hospital says it remains operational for walk-ins and is contacting affected patients directly while PSE&G crews work on the problem. 
• Beatrice Reinecke (timesreview.com) — Longtime North Jersey resident Beatrice Reinecke, who attended Dwight Morrow High School in Englewood, is remembered for her warmth, resilience, and deep devotion to family. Her life spanned Cresskill, summers in Orient, and later years in Brick, with loved ones asked to honor her through donations to the Orient Fire Department.
