Sports Nutritionist Glen Tobias Returns to THE GYM of Englewood
Tobias will be working at their Englewood and Montvale locations
Glen Tobias, MS, RD, CSSD owner and founder of the e3 Weight Management System and registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, has returned to the place his program was launched, THE GYM of Englewood and THE GYM of Montvale, after his 2008 departure. He will be teaming up with current Holistic Health Counselor Rachel Miller, who has recently conducted two 21-day Clean Challenge Programs, as he focuses on Sports and Performance Nutrition.
Tobias, presently the Team Nutritionist for the New York Jets, has practiced nutrition in many forms dur-ing the past several years since his exit. He has worked as a Nutritionist with The Spinal Care Institute at the Hospital for Special Surgery and Atlantic Health System. He’s been a Sports Performance Nutritionist for Yale University Athletics Department, professional MMA fighters, and NFL Combine programs. He’s utilized the e3 programs, workshops and seminars in these roles as well as with individual clients of all ages and skill sets within his private practice servicing New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
After years of training and speaking publicly about the importance of eating, exercise and education using his e3 Weight Management Systems, Tobias is pleased to continue to spread his message as he rejoins THE GYM’s two Bergen County locations.
