We will gather to discuss mosaic art, plan ideas for making a mosaic, and create a mosaic together! This class is for beginners, so don't worry if you've never made a mosaic before. It is easy to learn, and before you know it, your mosaic will come to life!!
I will teach you, step-by step, how to create a mosaic. We will all begin a small mosaic project together, you will choose from a picture frame, small wooden box, or framed mirror to mosaic on. I will also have some glass bowls, candle holders you can mosaic. We will mosaic for about 2 hours!
Cost $20 cash per person! All supplies will be provided, and I will have my sample mosaics on display for idea generation. If you have a specific image you would like to draw to make into a mosaic, please bring it with you. You are welcome to bring any favorite tiles, broken dishes, beads with you, if you want to use them for your mosaic.

Mosaic making is a two step process, first you will create and glue down your mosaic design. Glue should dry for 24 hours before applying grout. In the next class, we will grout, clean-up and finish your piece.
