We've got neighbors that routinely park directly across from our driveway and on both sides of it, with big trucks that are almost blocking the driveway apron. Last year, I accidentally hit one of their cars that was low and obscured by the sun (and went in, told them and called the police and reported it). Same car is still being left in the same exact spot almost every day, with trucks usually on both sides of my driveway. Not only do the trucks prevent me from seeing if there is any oncoming traffic, they sometimes make it impossible to use my driveway even to pull in to it. And, if I complain, I am the problem. I've had to resort to leaving my car out late, and backing in so that I can at least leave in the morning!
