FAIR LAWN RECREATION DEPARTMENT PRESENTS ADULT FITNESS PROGRAMS

YOGA CLASS – Tuesday evening. 

There are two (2) Tuesday evening classes available. 

Tuesday evening:    6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.  or  7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

This mix-level Yoga class will guide you through the ancient discipline

that has been developed and practiced for many years.

Class will begin on Tuesday, April 2.

Classes must have a minimum of 8 participants!

PILATES – Thursday evening.

There are two (2) Thursday evening classes available. 

Thursday evening:  6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.  or  7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

This class offers a unique fusion between pilates and yoga, you learn the

essence of these techniques: Tone, stretch and balance the body.

Class will begin on Thursday, April 4.

Classes must have a minimum of 8 participants!

ZUMBA FITNESS CLASS – Monday or Wednesday evening.

Monday or Wednesday evening:  6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. 

Zumba fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to

create a dynamic and effective cardiovascular and toning workout.

Classes will begin on Monday, April 8 and Wednesday, April 10.

Classes must have a minimum of 12 participants!
