4 Face Drug, Child Neglect Charges After SWAT Search In Hunterdon County
The four Flemington residents are accused of conducting drug deals while caring for children in March and April.

FLEMINGTON, NJ — Four people are facing charges after drugs and weapons, including a machete and ice pick, were found with children present in Flemington, said Hunterdon County Prosecutor Renée M. Robeson.
Delmy M. Idalgo-Centeno, 33, of Flemington, Noelia Jackeline Gomez-Lopez, 25, of Flemington, Fernando Munoz-Perez, 23, of Flemington, and Alfredo Ozuna-Jimenez, 34, of Flemington, have been charged with multiple offenses.
A series of coordinated drug investigations was conducted between March 12 and April 21 by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office’s (HCPO) Narcotics Task Force (NTF) and the Flemington Borough Police Department’s Criminal Investigative Division (CID).

Several court‑authorized search warrants were executed by the Hunterdon County SWAT Team, which found suspected cocaine, drug‑related paraphernalia, and several weapons, said Robeson.
The Division of Child Protective Services also helped in two of the investigations to "ensure the safety and well‑being of children who were found to be exposed to environments involving suspected narcotics activity," according to authorities.

Delmy M. Idalgo-Centeno was charged with one count of second-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute, one count of second-degree endangering-abuse of a child by a caretaker for engaging in narcotics sales while caring for children, one count of third-degree distributing cocaine, one count of fourth-degree tampering with evidence to destroy it, and one count of disorderly persons (DP) possession of drug paraphernalia to pack, conceal, or weigh narcotics.
Noelia Jackeline Gomez-Lopez was charged with three counts of second-degree neglect of a child by a caretaker, one count of third-degree possession of narcotics, one count of third-degree possessing/manufacturing narcotics with the intent to distribute, and one count of DP possession of drug paraphernalia to pack, conceal, or weigh narcotics.
Fernando Munoz-Perez was charged with one count of second-degree neglect of a child by a caretaker, one count of second-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute, and one count of third-degree distributing cocaine.
Alfredo Ozuna-Jimenez was charged with one count of second-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute, one count of third-degree providing a false name to law enforcement during the execution of a search warrant, and two counts of fourth-degree unlawful possession of weapons, specifically, a machete and an ice pick.
