Brennan told NBC4 the complaint is regarding David Wildstein, the government's star witness. Wildstein asserts that Christie knew about the lane closures while it was happening. Wildstein pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy.
The lane shutdowns were allegedly political retaliation against Fort Lee Mayor Mark Sokolich.

Brennan has long been a local gadfly in Bergen and Passaic counties. He filed, and won, lawsuits in Teaneck and Wayne.
Brennan said the Bridgegate case and trial has cost New Jersey taxpayers millions of dollars.
"When listening to the nonchalant manner in which these people are discussing, the magnitude of the pettiness, is just absurd," Brennan told NBC4 Friday.
