The Borough of Fort Lee is sponsoring a Drive-Through Flu Vaccination Clinic on Saturday, October 9th, from 9:00 am-1:30 pm at the Upper DPW location (540 Main St). The cost is $5.00 and is available to Fort Lee residents only. There is a limited supply of vaccinations, so please arrive early. Please complete consent form prior to your arrival .
