Fort Lee Mayor, Local Officials and Coldwell Banker Leaders Attend Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at New Real Estate Office

Local officials and leaders from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y. recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony at the company’s grand opening celebration at Hudson Lights in Fort Lee. This recently constructed retail and luxury living development is located just seconds from the George Washington Bridge.

The new Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office, located at 375 Park Avenue, Suite 21, Fort Lee, NJ 07024, is home to approximately 90 affiliated sales associates serving the needs of home buyers and sellers throughout Fort Lee and Bergen and Hudson Counties.

Attending the ribbon cutting ceremony alongside the office’s staff, affiliated sales associates and branch vice president Juan Rivera, was Fort Lee mayor, Mark Sokolich, Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y., Bruce Zipf, president and CEO of NRT LLC, and local Fort Lee leaders from the chamber of commerce and town council.
