FORT LEE, N.J. — There are delays of 45 minutes to one hour on the upper and lower levels of the eastbound George Washington Bridge due to a disabled vehicle in the left-hand lane, police said.  Delays stretch back to Routes 1 and 9 and Interstate 80, <a href="http://www.511nj.org/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">511nj.org reported</a>.

In an exciting new cooperation with Team Up—a non-profit organization also dedicated to servicing the special needs community—the new facility will officially open its doors with a celebratory grand opening event.
