An Icy Slip Can Cost You More Than You Think
Individuals who are injured from slipping and falling on icy patches may be entitled to compensation in the State of New Jersey.
As the last year has taught us, snow and ice can be beautiful – but they can also be treacherous.
This year, hundreds of people across the county will slip and fall on icy patches. Depending on the circumstances of that fall, those people may be entitled to compensation for their pain and suffering, their medical bills and their actual (and potential) loss of income.
Luckily, New Jersey has laws to keep us safe while we’re out and about in the snow. But each law has a specific time frame attached to it.
