I just did an Annerversary dinner for a client this week. Chicken Satay w/ Peanut sauce. Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon, Bordelaise Sauce, Wild Mushroom Rissoto and garlic Broccoli. Oh yeah, and for dessert, Bananas Foster!
