Rosenthal Earns Silver Medal
Freehold native Jordan Rosenthal enjoyed a successful first conference championship meet with the Muhlenberg College track and field team.
Freshman JORDAN ROSENTHAL (Freehold, N.J./Freehold Twp.) of the Muhlenberg College track and field team earned a silver medal by finishing second in the javelin at the Centennial Conference Outdoor Championships.
Rosenthal’s career-best throw of 185 feet, 0 inches, tied for fourth on the Mules’ all-time performance list. If not for a teammate who went on to become an All-American, Rosenthal would have won the gold medal by more than 10 feet. He contributed to a dominant performance in the event by the Mules, who had four of the top five finishers.
Muhlenberg finished fifth at the CC Championships, improving its indoor finish by one place and landing in the top five for the 12th time in 13 seasons.
