A cold front will approach the region by this afternoon and evening with periods of rain, heavy at times. The combination of rain and the snow melt will lead to localized urban flooding due to blocked storm drains. Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph. Temperatures will rise into the mid to upper 40's over the interior and lower 50's along the coast.
